First, we create a dieline based on the approved display structure. Your designer can then place the artwork on the dieline. Alternatively, our design team can help adjust the artwork for printing.
Yes. We can change the display size, shelf quantity, hook layout, header shape, base design, and internal reinforcement.
To create a suitable structure, we consider your product dimensions, product weight, display quantity, retail space, and transportation requirements. As a result, the final display fits both your products and the intended retail environment.
For an accurate quotation, please provide:
- A reference image or preferred display type

When you do not have all the details, send us the available information first. We can prepare an initial estimate and update it after confirming the structure.
Yes. We can make either a structural sample or a full-color printed sample.
A structural sample helps you check the size, assembly method, product fit, stability, and load capacity. In comparison, a printed sample also allows you to confirm the artwork, printing colors, and surface finish.
We will confirm the sample cost, production time, and shipping charge before making the sample.
We prefer editable vector files, such as:
- Adobe Illustrator files
- Print-ready PDF files
Please prepare the artwork in CMYK color mode. In addition, convert all fonts to outlines and embed or link all high-resolution images.
Before printing, our team checks the artwork size, image quality, color settings, bleed, and cutting lines.
Mass production usually takes about 10–15 working days after you approve the structure, sample, artwork, and order details.
However, the exact lead time depends on the order quantity, display structure, printing process, surface finish, and packing method. We will provide a confirmed production schedule before production begins.
